The Aitutaki Peoples Association (“APA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) greatly appreciates your contributions and support. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding donations and payments made through our website, apa.org.ck.
1. Donations
Donations made to APA are non-refundable. As a charitable organization, we rely on the generosity of donors to fund our programs and initiatives. Once a donation has been processed, we cannot offer refunds, except in the case of errors as described below.
2. Errors in Donation Processing
If you believe that an error has been made in connection with your donation (such as an incorrect amount or duplicate donation), please contact us immediately at info@apa.org.ck or by calling +682 29910. 3. Accommodation Payments
For accommodation bookings made through our website, the following refund policy applies:

5. How Refunds Are Processed
